PROCESSING TIMES


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).


Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.


During busy periods, promotions, flash sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING TIMES


Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.


UK DELIVERY


• Standard Tracked Delivery: 2–5 business days

• Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 business days


International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Please note that delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, or courier issues are outside of our control.


TRACKING INFORMATION


Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.


It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel where necessary.


INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS


Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.


We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.


LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PARCELS


Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.


We are not liable for:


• Courier delays

• Delivery exceptions

• Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered

• Delays caused by customs or external factors outside our control


If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information before contacting us.


We will assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee courier outcomes.


DAMAGED ORDERS


If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:


• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the packaging

• Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)


Failure to provide evidence within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES


International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.


We are not responsible for customs delays or charges incurred during international shipping.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS


Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
