Due to hygiene, cosmetic, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered products.


By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


RETURNS & REFUNDS


We only offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges under the following circumstances:


• You received the wrong item

• Your order arrived damaged

• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed by the courier


We do not offer refunds or returns for:


• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect use of products

• Dissatisfaction with results

• Opened or used products

• Failure to read product descriptions or instructions

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers once dispatched


Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are considered final once products have been opened or used.


RETURN CONDITIONS


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To process your request, we may require:


• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the item received

• Photographs of any damage

• Packaging images where applicable


Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in your request being declined.


Any approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent incorrectly.


NON-DELIVERY & INCORRECT ADDRESSES


Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is correct.


We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.


PROCESSING TIMES


Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.


Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.


PRODUCT DISCLAIMER


Our products are sold strictly for cosmetic purposes only.


Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, usage, lifestyle, and individual factors. We do not guarantee specific results.


Customers use products at their own discretion and responsibility.


We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations where we believe misuse, policy abuse, or fraudulent activity has occurred.
